Women’s Day is not just about gender—it is about honouring the essence of feminine energy. Feminine energy transcends biological identity; it represents qualities such as leadership through patience, empathy, nurturing, stillness, and allowing life’s processes to unfold naturally. Much like pregnancy, where time and patience are essential, embracing femininity means understanding the power of flow rather than force, presence rather than pursuit.
Masculine energy, on the other hand, is characterized by strength, competition, assertiveness, and quick action. Both energies—feminine and masculine —are essential for a balanced life. Just as the sun and the moon each hold their irreplaceable place in the sky, neither can replace the other, and both are necessary for the natural rhythm of life.Their harmony sustains existence, just as the balance of masculine and feminine energies creates wholeness within us.
In today’s world, where societal and lifestyle barriers are increasingly diminishing for all genders, we have a unique opportunity to integrate and harmonize these qualities within ourselves.
To me, Women’s Day is not solely about those born as women but about anyone who embodies feminine qualities. Over the years, I have met men who express deep patience, empathy, nurturing, and emotional intelligence, just as I have encountered women whose lives were driven purely by competition and power struggles, often disconnected from their innate feminine strengths.
While masculine energy, when applied healthily, fosters growth, resilience, and material success, our society has experienced an imbalance—an overemphasis on power, dominance, and materialism at the cost of harmony. This has led to a world that is deficient of femininity, where the pursuit of success often overpowers the values of compassion, presence, and balance. Instead of healthy strength and constructive competition, we see an insatiable thirst for power that disrupts harmony.
While the world may seem chaotic today, light is emerging through those who consciously cultivate feminine energy to restore equilibrium. Achieving harmony takes time, effort, and mindfulness, as it is a delicate state—much like freedom, which must be nurtured and protected. A small act of neglect can shatter it, just like beautiful but fragile artwork.
On this Women’s Day, I celebrate not only women but all individuals who nurture, lead with patience, and bring balance to our world!
